Castellano Two Story
Renovation - River Forest, IL

This was one of the most complex design problems I've ever undertaken. The owner's program called for a new Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Family Room, Powder Room, side Service entry Vestibule with access to existing Garage, Owner's Home Office & Work Studio, and a Storage Room for yard furniture and kids toys – all on the First Floor. The Second Floor includes Master Bedroom & Bathroom suite with walk-in closet space and private Study. The Addition has a full Finished Basement with new stair up to the First Floor Storage Room and outside access.
