I am often hired to Design a Garage to compliment the classic looking homes in Oak Park and River Forest. And, like this 4-Car Garage, they rarely are simply a structure to shelter the cars. The Second Floor of this garage has 4-season living space including a Home Office, Family Room, and Recreation Room with wet bar and full Bathroom.
