The owner wanted to invest in a Kitchen Renovation Project but, they realized that the "ugly" one story addition done to the house before they bought it would jeopardize the value of the new kitchen. The space they had was adequate for their needs, but it just didn't "fit in" with their classic Tudor style house. So, in addition to the kitchen project, we renovated the roofline & façade of the original addition. The owner was entertaining the idea of a future second floor addition for new Master Bedroom & Bathroom Suite, so the phase I project included the structural system required to accommodate the future second floor addition. This picture shows the finished product after phases I & II.
