Wildrose Custom Residence
St. Charles, IL

This Custom Residence was built as a spec home in St. Charles, Illinois by a local developer. Completed in1992, the developer was known for building vintage looking homes with all the amenities for modern living. This classic early American "Southern Colonial" home features a face brick façade, cedar shake roof, and copper flashings. Built in a 100 year flood plane along the Fox River Valley, the entire living space including finished walk-out basement is built above the street level. Truck loads of dirt and extensive landscaping were needed in front of the house to transition from the street level up to the second floor main living level. The side loading 3-car garage is part of the basement level under the rest of the structure.
